Whether you are seeking short-term or long-term disability documentation, FMLA or medical leave certification, workplace or school accommodations, or emotional support animal letters, Jason Song is familiar with the specific requirements and standards for these evaluations.
However, please note that custody evaluations are not provided, as they fall outside his areas of practice.
